|Recommended: YesVery nice could use updates — It's very close to campus, and great for student living. Reasonable rates and very livable spaces. Could use a few upgrades like bigger refrigerators, more trash dumpsters, and thicker walls- I can hear my neighbors and room mates too clearly. Overall I'd recommend it and I did, my best friend is moving in soon

|Recommended: YesIt’s pretty nice. For someone’s first apartment it’s a really good start. — I would tell them if their a student at UNA it’s a really good place over all and that it’s a good starting place for renting a place for the first time
