|Recommended: YesJust Moved In, Loving It So Far — Just moved in, so far everything has been pretty good. A few minor wears and tears but staff assured me that everything would be taken care of quickly. For the price, this place can't be beat.

|Recommended: YesBellamy Review — Bellamy is a very nice place to live. The people are great who i have met so far , as well as all the staff. While parking is rough sometimes, my only real concern with my future here is the pests although this is expected when living in the woods . Besides the occasional beetle, Bellamy is wonderful. P.S. we do not have a bug infestation. I found one bug a month ago

|Recommended: NoMove in day — The room was dirty, the ceiling fan was loose, and the lightbulbs of my celling fan were completely different which made one side of the room completely dark than the other. I went to talk to the front desk staff and they did not help but said to submit a maintenance request for the light bulb situation.
|Recommended: YesParking lot and maintenance — The parking lot issue is bad...sometimes there isn't a place to park. The maintenance issue is being ignored or something because it takes so long to get someone to do something.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience of the parking at Bellamy Place in Florence, Unfortunately we do not offer assign parking, so it is first come first serve parking. There are a lot of residents that live here so I understand the issue. If you have anymore questions please feel free to contact the leasing the office. |Recommended: NoReview — They will never tell u before about the mattress and insurance charges. The front desk girl lied to me that she can give me mattress for 20 and then when I shifted they charged me 50 for that. Also, they didn’t told me about a 50 insurance fee, but they charged me. That’s ridiculous. We have to throw trash by our self and still they charge us for trash under utilities. I would have never come here if I would have been aware about this. Cheap.
